We are not sure anyone will be able to tell, but many government workers in California will now have "furlough Fridays" in an attempt to cut government cost in the Golden State.
It is our experience that most government employees do not work even while they are on the clock. We could actually see a surge in California's economy if enough bureaucrats stay home and quit screwing up business.
